Only licensed dispensaries can sell cannabis products in New York. Each licensed location must display a valid OCM (Office of Cannabis Management) certificate.
Avoid “sticker shops” or unlicensed retailers—purchases made there are not protected under state law. You can verify any dispensary’s license using the official OCM Dispensary Verification Tool.
